A simple phobia is defined as an irrational fear of a specific object, activity or situation. A panic attack is a brief episode of intense anxiety, which causes the physical sensations of fear.
The person concerned is fully aware of the irrationality of the fear, however, logic alone has been unable to resolve the problem.
Some phobias, however, are more complex and may have more than one trigger and a complex response. Social phobias and agoraphobia are included in this category.
I use various techniques, depending on each phobia and each individuals. Those include Fast Phobia, disassociation, desensitisation and deletion of archived memories, time line therapy, and distorting perceptions.
I treat for any phobia that may include spider phobia, social phobia, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, flying phobia, bird phobia, public speaking phobia, needle phobia etc.
Phobias can be removed from three sessions or less. You can be free from phobia. Please book a session with me today.
