Hypnotherapy is now medically recognised method for quitting smoking. It has the highest success rate compared to other treatments available. For example, a study conducted by American College of Chest Physicians in 2007 indicated that hospitalised patients who smoke may be more likely to quit smoking through the use of hypnotherapy than patients using other smoking cessation methods.  

My unique approach to help you to quit smoking involves clinical hypnotherapy that combines with cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and the modern science of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
